Covidadi powder prepared by a student of Laxminarayan Dev College of Pharmacy, Bharuch has been noted and recognised at the state level. The project has been ranked ninth in the competition organized at LM College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad.

The whole world is going through a Corona pandemic and scientists from all over the country are working to find a vaccine for Covid 19. Mahammad Saad Gaud, a student of Laxminarayan Dev College of Pharmacy, Bharuch, came up with the idea of ​​how to get protection against corona with the help of Ayurveda.

Under the guidance of the principal of the college, Prof. Dr. Kishor Dholwani, he prepared Covidadi churna using various traditional drugs.

Recently, under the Student Startup Innovation Policy, a competition was held at the Atal Incubation Center in L.M. College of Pharmacy. Over 150 students from various pharmacy colleges of the state participated and out of which 28 students were invited to present their projects. 10 out of 28 projects have been declared winners.

The Covidadi Churna project of Mahammad Saad Gaud of Laxminarayan Dev College of Pharmacy, Bharuch has got the ninth rank.

The staff of the college including Chairman MS Jolly, trustee Karan Jolly and trustee Yogesh Pareek have congratulated Mahammad Saad Gaud for his achievement.
