A sad touching incident came to light in Vadodara where a sister sit near the body of her brother for the whole night as she don’t have any money for the last rites. They became homeless after the demolition of their home and lives on the footpath. After 24 hours a NGO helps her to cremate the body on Tuesday morning.

As per the details Rajubhai Yadav 45 became homeless after his temporary house near Bapod Jakat Naka was demolished by the VMSS under the smart city project. Raju along with his sister and brother in law moved to the footpath near Badamdi Baug and lives there. They all doing labour work for the whole day and spend their life on the footpath as part of their daily routine.

For the last many days Rajubhai was not feeling well and in lack of money he don’t received the proper treatment and died last Monday evening. Both his sister and brother in law sit next to his dead body for the whole night as they don’t have money to even perform the last rights.

Meanwhile on Tuesday morning social activist Dr. Jyotirnath arrived at the spot and called the Harisewa organisation providing last rights items in the city. They arrived and help perform the last rites of the body. Congress President Prashant Patel also reached the spot after the news reached to him. Both of them paid their last respect and took the body inside Khaswadi Crematorium where his sister performed the last rights.
