Kolkata police will hire IT experts to curb online terror recruitment

Nowadays ISIS recruits the youngsters by brain washing them through social media.

The Kolkata police has decided to recruit around 100 software and networking experts on contract base for its Special Task Force (STF). This IT experts will keep watch on such activities on Internet.

The home department of West Bengal has given its approval to the Kolkata Police for an immediate recruitment of 40 such IT experts on contract base in the initial stage.

The experts team will create algorithms, which will isolate keywords and then they will inform the police about the terror suspects, according to the media reports.

This initiative from Kolkata police will help to catch youngsters who are approached in this terror links through social media.
