Kalpesh Kachiya surrendered before the court

Kalpesh Kachiya accused in the murder of notorious gangster Mukesh Harjani surrendered in Vadodara on Saturday. He was on the run after the murder of Harjani and said to be one among the main conspirators who hatch the plan. Earlier Sanjay RX also surrendered before the court. City police take the custody of Kalpesh Kachiya from the court.

Kalpesh Kachiya accused in the murder of notorious gangster Mukesh Harjani surrendered before the court on Saturday in a turn of events. The city police rushed to the court to take the custody of him from the court. The advocate of Kalpesh said that he moves the application in the court for surrender and wants that the investigation must be on the right way.

“Till date the way his name came in the paper as a accused in the murder of Mukesh Harjani he must be feared for his life and might be the reason to surrender before the court. He want to the investigation to be on the right way and also his family suffers a lot during this time. During police investigation his wife was often called by the police and she was unable to take care of his handicap son. He wants the investigation to be proper,” said Rajesh Singh advocate of Kachiya.

The city police took the custody of Kalpesh Kachiya from the court after he was surrendered. Kachiya said he is innocent and he wants to support the police in the investigation.
