Administration follow strict Covid 19 guidelines during the examination
After protests and legal battles, finally the online examination of JEE Main started from Tuesday. Vadodara has three centres for the exam and the administration follow strict Covid 19 guidelines during the examination.
The examination conducted after Std – 12 was conducted at three centers in Vadodara, including Gotri Ananta Trend and Akota. About 400 students took the exam for architecture on the first day. The two-part examination was conducted by the agency with sanitation as well as masks arranged outside the examination center.
Along with this social distancing was also observed. In the first session, the examination started at 9 am and ended at 12 noon. The examination was held after many discussions and protests during the Corona period.
Notably, the JEE Main was taken in January and the result was also announced. The second phase of the exam was scheduled for April, But it was postponed due to the start of Corona pandemic started in March.
Corona scare is still there, but considering the future of students, administration has made up its mind to take the second stage examination. There were also protests against the extension of the JEE exam and case also reached the court.
Enthusiasm is seen among the students for this examination which will be held till September 7. Rahul Choksi, who came to give the exam with confidence said, he was constantly worried about the JEE exam, but now they are tension free as the exams begins.
All the facilities have been provided at the examination center as per the guidelines of Covid-19. We came wearing masks from home but was given a fresh mask at the center. The paper was easy and he is happy to give the exam. He want to make a career in Architecture.
The examination for other fields including engineering will start from September 2 tomorrow and will held till September 7. All preparations have been made by the administration to conduct the exams safely and without no difficulty.
