The weight of this satellite is 2,140 kilograms. It was launched from the second station of Sriharikota and will enter its class in 17 minutes. The biggest feature of this satellite is the Multi Beam coverage feature. Through this, India will be helped in network management technology. Not only this, there is also an antenna of 6 meter diameter for the S-band communication link. The length of the rocket is 49.1 meters.
ISRO said that the main point of the satellite is to provide mobile communication to India through the Multi Beam coverage facility.
