IPLIn Indian Premier League Cricket, Delhi Capitals (DC) beat Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 13 runs at the Dubai International Stadium last night and climbed back to the top of the IPL points table.

The winning team’s fast bowler Pacer Anrich Nortje, who took two wickets for 33 runs, was named Player of the Match. He also bowled the fastest ball of the tournament’s history.

Defending a total of 161 for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs, Delhi Capitals looked off the pace for much of the second innings but the bowlers led by South African duo Nortje and Kagiso Rabada stifled the batting side for runs in the death overs to take the game away from them.

Today, Royal Challengers Bangalore take on Kings XI Punjab at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
