Intern doctors of Vadodara continued their strike for the second day demanding to increase their stipend. They said to continue the strike till their demands were not met and fight for their honor.
From Monday intern doctors went on indefinite strike with a demand from government to increase in stipend. The protesting intern doctors demand the government shall increase the stipend from Rs 12,800 to Rs 20,000. They also demanded Rs.1000 per day for working in Corona ward.
The strike continues for the second day and the doctors are not seems to be in the mood to wrap up and instead said to continue till their demands are not met.
Dr. Het Bhatt said, deputy CM warned them about the strike being illegal and they will not to get admission in PG if the attendance is low. He is right but they will fight for their honor. They have only three demands which includes to increase the stipend from 12,800 to 20,000.
