Police detained several protestors from the spot

Intensifying their agitation Vadodara Congress aggressively protest against rising fuel prices and shouted slogans against the government. They hanged a burn the photo of Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan and demand roll back of the rates. Police later detained several protestors from the spot.

As part of nationwide protest against hike in petrol and diesel prices, Congress intensify their agitation across country on Monday. Vadodara Congress also continue their protest and demonstrate near the collector office. Wearing masks they aggressively protest against the rising fuel price and shouted slogans against the BJP government.

Present in big numbers they blocked the traffic and protest with symbolic cutout of a car in their hands. Moreover some of the protestors hanged and burn the photo of Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan and demand roll back of the rates.

They also comes with battery operated bicycles to protest which created lots of attention during the demonstration. Congress president Prashant Patel, leader of opposition in VMC Chandrakant Shrivastav, senior leaders and supporters in big numbers joined the protest and demand roll back of price hike.

Later 8 congressmen detained as per G P ACT 68,69 for hanging and burning the photo of Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan in Vadodara. They are protesting against the rising fuel prices.
