    A one and half months infant was found abandoned by the Vadodara Taluka police from near bus stand of Amaliyara village. The baby was admitted in SSG hospital for treatment.

    At around 6.30 am this morning on Friday, a stranger left an innocent one-and-a-half-month-old girl wrapped in a blanket inside the bus stand in Amaliyara village of Vadodara taluka. Left under the bench the baby started crying and people waiting for the bus found her lying abandoned there.

    The incident was reported to the taluka police and Head Constable Mahavir Singh reached the spot. He took custody of the baby girl and admitted her in SSG hospital for treatment. A complaint was also registered against unknown person and further investigation is on in the matter.
