New Update

Every year on January 10th, World Hindi Day, or Vishwa Hindi Divas, is commemorated to commemorate the inaugural World Hindi Conference, which took place in 1975. It is observed all around the world to promote the Hindi language.

On January 10, 1975, Nagpur hosted the first World Hindi Conference.

It was determined at a meeting of the World Hindi Conference follow-up committee on June 8, 2005, to celebrate World Hindi Day every year on January 10.

As a result, on January 10, 2006, World Hindi Day was commemorated for the first time.

On September 14, India also commemorates National Hindi Divas. National Hindi Divas, on the other hand, is not the same as World Hindi Day because it commemorates the Constituent Assembly's adoption of Hindi as India's official language.

Hindi is the fourth most spoken first language in the world, with approximately 260 million native speakers.
