    International Gastro Institute in Vadodara initiated Deenbandhu Yojana to help the needy and poor patients suffering from gastro and liver related problems. As per the scheme the needy ones get 50% discount on consultation and operation on Friday every week.

    In order to provide quality health care to the needy and poor patients the doctors at the IGI comes up with the scheme to give the services on discounted rate. The scheme starts in accordance to support the nationwide health care insurance scheme ‘Sabka Swasthya’ announced by the Prime Minister.“With this Deenbandhu Yojana our team of experts will provide the consultations and endoscopic surgeries at 50% discount for needy patients. The patients having BPL card, RSBY, ESIC and Army personnel get benefit from the scheme. This is just a start and we can further extend the service to more days if need arises and even free of cost to the patients who can’t afford the costing,” said Dr. Ashish Sethi.
