Now the Barodians can enjoy their food near a deep blue colour swimming pool amidst the greenery at the backdrop. Hotel Sayaji launches their first Rooftop-Poolside fusion restaurant HORIZON in the city where the foodies can enjoy Indian and European style recipes at one time.

Giving a new twist to the hospitality Sayaji came up with their first Rooftop Poolside fusion restaurant in their chain of hotels. The restaurant Horizon is a turquoise-hued one offering a perfect skyline view of the city with exotic and exclusive fusion delicacies.

“This is our first of its kind restaurant where the people can feel the fresh air while enjoying their food besides a swimming pool. The theme based restaurant serve the food ranges from Indian Peninsula to Deccan Plateau, Union of European, Mexican, American and Egyptian Cuisine to lndian Cuisine to create fusion. A unique array of sea food made palatable with the finest quality and exceptional ingredients like Norwegian salmon, Dover Sole and so on,” said Raoof Razak Dhanani, Managing Director, Hotel Sayaji.

He added the restaurant is perfect for romantic dinner date or a warm family get together alongside the shimmering waters of the pool. The presentation of the food is such that the diners feel good to eat and the menu is also well priced from starters to dessert.
