Heavy waterlogging in societies of Vadodara after incessant rains

Vadodara city witness heavy waterlogging in many areas after continuous rains for nearly six hours. Anand Nagar in Karelibaug area witness the same situation as residents shifted the essentials to safer place.

Incessant rains since last night put the normal life out of gear in the city as many areas witness heavy waterlogging on Sunday. The rain water entered many societies which makes the residents move to safer places with their belongings.

Anand nagar society in Karelibaug witness the same situation as the society witness heavy waterlogging. People shifted their essentials including furniture to safer place and force to live in similar situation as there is no access of water and it comes inside their houses mixed with drainage. They showed their ire against the corporation.

Similar situation happened at Ramdev nagar society, Vrajraj and other areas near Bapod Jakat Naka. With no access the low lying areas get waterlogged and people shifted their belongings to safer place. The residents also failed to move out in their vehicles. Heavy rains caused waterlogging in many societies of Waghodia road.
