Heavy rains in Vadodara

Low lying areas waterlogged

After mild showers for couple of days it's raining heavily in Vadodara on Wednesday. The showers are heavy resulting in waterlogging issues in low lying areas. Children and parents also find it difficult to reach homes as the heavy showers put breaks on smooth commuting of vans, buses and other transportation.For the past couple of days the city received mild showers for the whole day and night. Since Wednesday morning it continues but the showers gets heavy and in afternoon it pouring heavily everywhere. Almost all areas received heavy rains which makes it difficult for the people to move out. However the parents find it difficult to move to schools and then to reach home with their children as the rains makes it tough for the vehicles to move due to the low visibility.

Low lying areas are waterlogged and rain water gushed inside the house in the areas. break finally rain comes pouring in Vadodara giving a much needed respite from hot humid conditions. Since early morning Sunday the city received moderate rainfall and people were seen enjoyed it with great enthusiasm. Waterlogging issues also comes to light in low lying areas of the city.

After a long break Vadodara city received rains from early Sunday morning gives people to enjoy the monsoon and also much needed respite from the heat. On Saturday evening the rain god not seems to be in mood to grace the city and moves away. However on Sunday people get blessed with good rains bring smiles on their faces.
