Cafe 5th Floor serve seasonal healthy breakfast to start the day like a Maharaja
Vadodara is known for its food loving people where they find excuses to munch on latest varieties of food on offer. However most of them are searching for low cost food and hence compromising with their health.
In such scenario master chef Jignesh Patel comes to the rescue and introduced healthy breakfast for the food lovers. Learning the art of cooking from Australia he plans to introduce the art in his own city and comes up with the brilliant idea of serving seasonal breakfast dishes to the people.
As winter is already setting in he prepare dishes in his cafe specially breakfast to start the day like a Maharaja. “In Cafe 5th Floor we serve unlimited breakfast at a affordable cost on Friday and weekends. One can select the unlimited buffet as per their choice and start their day with a bang with our healthy food varities. The aim is to provide breakfast as per the season with a twist of our own,” said Chef Patel.
An average student Jignesh turn his attention to practical style of work and first done course of Hospitality and Management in Singapore and then move to Australia to get trained as a chef. Later he moves to his own city and started many new concept based cafes for the food lovers.
“I am in this industry for more than two decades and introduced many concept based cafes in the city which are probably for the first time in country where people can hangout and enjoy tasty food. Later I went into cafe consulting and opened many such outlets at different locations in the city. However I always want to open a cafe which can serve healthy breakfast to people for a perfect start to the day and comes up with Cafe 5th Floor,” said Patel.
Chef Jignesh Patel further added that the healthy food here is prepared with olive oil which gives calories and prevent fat to be build up. The cafe has lots of options for protein supplements, Olive oil spray and organic kitchen. The staff is well trained and make sure to serve the people healthy breakfast to munch and kick start the day.
Talking about future plans he said they are coming up with a application to join restaurants directly to vendors specially the farmers to earn profit after supply their products directly without any middleman. Next he is going to introduce e-menu which can give the customers a option to scan the barcode for the menu, order food and pay bill. The aim is to go paperless, save environment and support digital India mission.
