VMSS health department team raid on fruit market

Gujarat Highcourt is also taking a strict step against the fruit sellers in Vadodara for using Mithenil and carbide powder to ripe fruits and playing with the health of the people. Based on the order of the Highcourt the VMSS health department team raid at Veraimata Chowk near Khanderao market in Vadodara and destroy fruits.

The health team raid at the mango and other fruit godowns and found bad quality fruits and destroyed about 400kgs of mangoes at the spot. Taking a strict step the team warned the sellers and give last notice to seal the godowns if such a thing found in future.

Every year the VMSS health department team raid at the fruit outlets in Vadodara for using carbide powder to ripe the mangoes and other fruits in the season. The sellers are playing with the health of the people and the health team raid on their outlets and destroyed the hazardous materials found during checking.

After a PIL filed by a active citizen the Highcourt orders to take strict steps against the ones who are using Mithenil and carbide powder to ripe the fruits. Based on the order the VMSS health department team raid at the fruit outlets at the Veraimata Chowk and found the stock of rotten fruits.

The team recovered and destroyed 440 kgs of mangoes at the spot. The team also served notice to them and strictly told them not to repeat the same or else their shops and godowns will be sealed.
