The women Sansi gang of Madhya Pradesh involved in cheating customers by standing outside banks, post offices and ATMs in different cities of the state were caught by the Vadodara rural LCB. Recently, outside SBI Bank in Savli, an elderly man was approached by 2 women on the pretext of asking for address and with the help of 2 other women, cut the cloth bag she is carrying and stole Rs 1.40 lakh in cash.

After the complaint LCB's PI DB Wala and PSI MM Rathore formed teams and started investigation and while checking 4 women were seen checking the bank's CCTV. Police recieved the information that these women are from Kadiya Sansi village of Rajnagar district of MP and they went to different cities under the pretext of selling saris and done Reiki to deceive or look at customers who withdraw money from banks and post offices and ATMs. They cheat them later on by turning on their attention towards them.

Meanwhile, when the police got the news that the gang was in Kathalal and they looked like the four women seen in CCTV of bank in Savli. Police arrested Ektabai Sanjay Sansi, Gunjabai Mandeep Sansi, Bindu Parvat Sansi and Rajkumari alias Kamibai Bhagwan Singh Sansi and after interrogation get to know about their involvement in cheating with the same Modus Operandi.

The police investigation revealed that for the last five years, the women Sansi gang was active in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Gandhinagar, Jamnagar, Panchmahal Godhra, Rajkot, Kheda, Mehsana and Rajpipla.

They had snatched Rs 1.40 lakh from Savli, Rs 41,000 from Jambusar seven days ago, Rs 85,000 from a young man from Fategunj post office in Vadodara city seven months ago, Rs 35,000 from a young man who came out of an ATM seven days ago in Padra and Rs 10,000 from a woman who came out of a bank in Gondal.

The investigation revealed that the women were moving across the state under the pretext of selling saris. They done Reiki outside the bank, post office or ATM to deceive people and deposit money in their husband's bank account. They sell sari during the day and sleeping in the open at bus station and railway station area at night. They used to leave the city after cheating people.
