Samsad Ali Syed art teacher from Podar International School Vadodara registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records for most photos of people painting uploaded to facebook. The official attempt was organised by IARF and RADART foundation India.
The record States, Most photos of people painting uploaded to Facebook in one hour is 797 and was achieved by Mayank Vyas, and Dr . Mahima Gupta USA online on 2 May 2021
Rad Art Foundation is located at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The event was organized by Mayank Vyas, Director and Dr. Mahima Gupta, Head of International Artist Rad Art Foundation (IARF), (USA), who were to upload photos online on Facebook.
"In the lockdown and pendamic of Covid_19, people are moving towards negative thoughts, at that time a positive thought came to get them out of it. The competition came at that time where One photo of the painting was to be uploaded on the Facebook page in one hour on theme, "I dare to dream" conducted on 2nd May 2021. Out of 1200 artists from 112 countries who uploaded the photo, the photographs of 797 artists were valid and they were able to record their name in a participatory manner, in which my name is also placed in the world record, " Said a jubilant Syed.
Artists from 184 districts of 26 states of India uploaded the photo. Not only that, 12 to 15 artists from Vadodara have also participated. Certificates and medals were awarded to each participating artist. Saiyad thanked the organisers for providing all the artists a chance to represent themselves on such a big world level platform and register their names in this world record. The certificate and medal was presented to Samsad Ali Syed by the Principal of Podar International School, Shalini Bhatt, on 15th August, 2021, 75th Independence Day.
