A peaceful rally was taken out on Wednesday in protest of the deadly attacks on Hindu temples, ISKCON temples and Durga Puja pandals in Bangladesh. Attended by members of BJP, Congress, ISKCON temple and other groups the rally reached Collector office to give a memorandum demanding strict punishment for the accused and save the religion and Hindus.

Several religious sites were attacked recently in Bangladesh leads to deaths of people during Durga puja celebrations. Since then protests were held against such inhuman act and demand strict action against the responsible.

On Wednesday a peaceful rally was taken out in Vadodara condemning the incident and demand strict action the responsible attacking the Hindu temples and people. Leaders from BJP, Congress, ISKCON and other religious groups joined the rally with banners showing messages of stop violence against Hindus, protect Hindus in Bangladesh. They reached collector office to give memorandum to the collector demanding action against the attackers and save Hindus.

MP Ranjan Bhatt said, the rally is in protest with the inhumane act in Bangladesh where Hindus were targeted and temples were vandalised. Such act is not acceptable and we demand the government to ensure safety of Hindus. Nityanand Das from ISKCON temple Vadodara says, the peace March is to condemn the incident where hindu temples were targeted. People were also killed and we protest such attacks on Hindus.

BJP president Dr. Vijay Shah said, both parties were present in the rally in protest with the attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh. A memorandum was given to collector requesting the government to ensure safety of people. Congress president Prashant Patel said, it's a sad incident as India is always protecting every religion and expecting the same from countries where Hindus are in minority. We appeal the government to protect Hindu religion.
