Gujarat Chief Minister paid a courtesy call on Vidhi Jadhav of Nadiad

It is said that what written in your destiny are not false. Same is applied with Vidhi Jadhav from Nadiad as destiny has written affection and service in her for the valiant soldiers and their families who are serving the country and protecting the borders.

Kind by nature the girl so far visited hundreds of soldier families. Especially when someone is martyred while serving the country, it comes to the notice of her and immediately she plans to meet and help the bereaved family who lost their pillar.

Her own family is not wealthy and can be placed in the middle or perhaps upper middle class. But often if no donor is found, the family itself does not shy away from carrying on this activity of benevolence towards the soldier family of helping them carrying the financial burden.

She has undertaken these activities at an early age and help the families of martyred jawans and send condolences to them. The Chief Minister of the Gujarat, Vijay Rupani, after receiving the information of this soldier service campaign of Vidhi, cordially invited Vidhi to Gandhinagar and got detailed information of her activities in a courtesy call. She was honored for her inspiring expression of patriotism.

The Chief Minister discussed in detail about the work she done and appreciated Vidhi's sensitive work in helping the families of the martyred soldiers. Vidhi also tied a rakhi on the wrist of CM Vijay Rupani.

When any soldier is martyred in the country, she writes a letter of consolation to his family and sends five thousand to them. So far she send such letters and help to the 295 families of martyred soldiers.

She had written letter to all the families of 40 soldiers who were martyred in the Pulwama attack in Jammu and Kashmir and sent Rs. 11,000 to each family and contacted them telephonically. She regularly communicates with them via WhatsApp asking them about their well being. She also communicates with their young children. Out of these martyred families, she has visited more than 112 families in person. Jadav has already visited all the families of the martyrs of the attack at Uri. 10 of these martyred families have also visited her Nadiad home.

Vidhi has so far attended the unveiling of statues of 10 martyrs in different states. She has so far visited a total of 4 borders of Gujarat and Rajasthan during the festivals.

She handed over a cheque of 51,000 to Kheda Collector in the CM fund during Covid 19 pandemic last year. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has also conferred Vidhi Jadhav with the State Youth Award.

It is to be mentioned here that Vidhi is given special permission to visit the borders of country to celebrate Rakshabandhan with the soldiers. Vidhi Jadav will celebrate the sacred Rakshabandhan festival with the Indian Army personnel on duty at the India-Pakistan International Border (Sir creek area) on the Kutch border on 21st and 22nd August, 2021.

On 21st, she will tie Rakhi to soldiers at Vighakot border and spend the day with them including a visit to the Vighakot fort. After that she will will visit the BSF's War Memorial in memory of the 1965 India-Pakistan war and will also tie rakhis to the troops there.

On 22nd on Rakshabandhan Day, she will visit the last pillar of India-Pakistan International Border. The area is muddy and can be reached by a special Army vehicle. Citizens are forbidden to go to this place so Vidhi is allowed to go to this area and will tie rakhis to soldiers there. After that she will visit Guneri border post near Lakhpat and celebrate the festival with them. The whole visit has been approved by the Border Security Force, where Vidhi will stay for two days and celebrate Rakshabandhan with the soldiers.

Vidhi's parents and her younger sister were also present during the meeting with the Chief Minister. She expressed her desire to meet the Prime Minister.
