Four unknown persons tries to rob a jeweller in Vadodara

Four unknown persons tries to rob a jeweller in Vadodara near his house on Sunday night. They fired one round from a pistol or revolver after the jeweller resist. The accused fled after he shouted for help. Police with the help of FSL is further investigating in the case.

As per available details Bhavesh Soni runs a jewellery shop at Sokhada road on Chhani road area and lives in Ashiyana society behind Nizampura bus stand. On the morning of October 17, he went to his shop as per his routine and after finished the work closed his shop at night and was coming home in his car with bag of accounts.

He collected the food parcel from the hotel and on reaching his society was parking thr car near the house. At that time, two persons riding a bike shouted "Sabji ... Sabji ..." and reached near him and tried to rob the bag. However he resist the robbers by closing the car door and there was a fight between the three. Bhavesh Soni threw the food parcel he had brought from the hotel to escape the robbers.

According to the complaint, one of the terrified robbers fired a round from a black revolver-pistol after Bhavesh Soni throw parcel on them. He was shot in the right leg and shouted for help. Meanwhile two others rushed there and fled on fled on two motorcycles.

Injured Bhavesh Soni was rushed to the hospital and a complaint was registered in Fatehgunj police station. Based on the complaint, police have registered a case of robbery against four unidentified persons who tried to rob by firing and further investigate by taking the help of FSL team.
