The two bootleggers got treatment at Sayaji Hospital. Based on their complaint, the police have launched an investigation.
On the other hand, Ramesh Bachubhai Mali living in Sama Jawaharnagar and running a foreign liquor business four years ago, gives a complaint to the police commissioner alleging that two policemen from the Sama police station, were forcing him to start the liquor business again. He mentioned that they threatened him to frame his son and demand money on monthly basis.

However the police termed all the allegations as baseless. "All the allegations are baseless and the bootleggers are trying to frame the jawans for wrong intentions. We had done 10 to 12 prohibition cases last month in the area and they are putting allegations on police jawans with an intention to make them stay away and they do their business freely. It is also hard to believe that how police can force a bootlegger to start business again. All the allegations are false and baseless, " Said N. H. Brahmbhatt PI Sama police station Vadodara.
