Fashion designer lodged complaint against father of two for rape and atrocity

A fashion designer who has become a mother without marriage has lodged a complaint against the father of two children who physically abused her with the lure of marriage. The girl alleged in the complaint that after giving birth to a son, the man, his wife and his friend threatened to kill her saying, "You are a tribal bhildi, you do not adorn our house."

According to a complaint lodged at the Raopura police station, the victim lives with her family in Narmada district. In the year 2010, she used to come to Vadodara to do a fashion designing course. At that time she get in touch with rapeKumar alias Pappu Ramsamuj Jaiswal who lives on Naswadi Road in front of Kawant APMC in Chhotaudepur district. Meanwhile, the two came close to each other while talking on mobile phones. She went to Surat to work and the interaction was less between them.

Meanwhile, after the death of her father, Pradeep started calling again and as the financial condition of her family was not good, he took advantage of it and lured the girl to marry him. He earned her faith by saying to take care of the family in any circumstances.

The complaint states that in the year 2014, Pradeep called the girl to Vadodara Mandvi and took her to a hotel near Surasagar and get physical tempting to marry her. After that he repeat the same in numerous occasions in various places in city and places like Ujjain, Shirdi and Maharashtra.

According to the complaint, Pradeep alias Pappu came to Vadodara in 2015 in a jeep and took the girl to Ambaji where she put sindoor on her head. He later took her to a hotel and raped her. was then taken to a hotel and raped and told her that he is married having two children. He promise her to marry legally after divorce. At that time the victim came to know about his marital status.

Meanwhile the girl got pregnant and gave birth to a boy. She was called by wife of Pradeep and threatened to kill her and also target her cast by saying 'You are a tribal Bhildi, Youbdo not adorn our house". Pradeep and Manoj Joshi also joined in abusing and threatening the girl.

She finally gave complaint in Raopura police station and based on that further investigation is on in the matter.
