Educational kits given to 44 students lost their parents due to Corona

Child Welfare Committee formed under the Integrated Child Protection Scheme of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment along with Alembic CSR distributed educational kits to children lost their parents in corona epidemic. The event was held at the Social Security Complex in collaboration.

MLA Jitendrabhai Sukhadia, former Nagar Sevak, Educationist and Committee Chairman Shankarlal Trivedi, members of the committee as well as Ashok Pandya and Sanjay Bhattacharya of the donor organization gave kits to 44 children. These children are being given the benefits of the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana for the care of children who have lost their parents' in Corona, which should be noted here.

Appreciating this noble service of the organization, the MLA said that it is the duty of the government and the society to take care of such helpless children. The state government has started paying monthly assistance to such children under the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana. The program realizes that the society along with the government is concerned about the education of these children. He hoped that other service organizations would come forward to participate in the welfare of these children.

District Social Security Officer Mayank Trivedi said that the kit with necessary equipments including bag, compass will make the education of these children easier. He commended the Alembic CSR Foundation for this sensitive service.
