Delhi girl raped in Vadodara hotel under pretext of acting and modeling

Rajneesh Mishra, resident from Uttar Pradesh, opened an account on social media in the name of different girls and called a Delhi girl to a hotel in Vadodara under the pretext of acting and modeling in the film, took her nude photos and videos and raped the girl. He threatened to make the video viral and demanded a ransom of Rs 50,000. The Delhi girl has lodged a complaint at the Raopura police station in Vadodara.

In her complaint the girl mentioned, In January 2020, she received a friendship request from Ashika Tripathi asked her about interested in modeling. She answered in yes and then the person introduced as the casting director of Karma Film Production. After giving the consent, the person gave her mobile number to Raj Mishra. He called and said, "If you are interested in acting and modeling, you have to come to Vadodara." But, you have to pay Rs 15,000 to prepare the portfolio and gave his bank account number in which Rs 13,000 was deposited by the girl.

Raj Mishra then asked her to arrive at the Rajdhani Hotel at Dandia bazar in Vadodara on the morning of February 29, 2020. He also told her to go to the hotel manager, give his name and he will give her the key to the room. He came to the room at 9.30 o'clock and demanded another 52 thousand rupees out of which the girl gave 25000 rupees to Raj Mishra.

He then asked about her nude photos for modelling which she objected. But Raj Mishra showed her the nude pictures of other girls so she also clicked her pics and then he forcibly touched and molested her. He then threaten not to report the rape to anyone and deposit the rest of money in the account. On February 29, 2020, after spending the night in Rajdhani Hotel, she went to her cousin house and next day left for Delhi.

Even after going to Delhi, Raj Mishra followed, called her and demanded Rs 50,000. He also threatened to make her nude photos viral if she did not pay.

Eventually, fed up with all this, Delhi girl lodged a complaint with the Delhi Cyber ​​Crime Cell and the complaint was then transferred to Vadodara police and the girl give complaint in Raopura police station. She mentioned Aakanksha Verma, Hansika Tripathi and Raj Mishra all are same and his original name is Rajneesh Mishra from Kherwadi Uttar Pradesh. Based on the complaint the Raopura police has speeded up the investigation to arrest the accused.
