Corona positive girl arrives from London tested positive at Ahmedabad airport was about to visit to Vadodara her maternal grandparents living in Mahapura village situated outskirts of the city. She was admitted to Karamsad Medical College Hospital and her samples have been sent to Pune for testing for Omicron virus.
Chief District Health Officer, Vadodara Dr. Surendra Jain said that a team of district doctors was dispatched to Mahapura village after receiving a message about the girl tested positive on arrival at Ahmedabad airport. As per protocol she was admitted to Karamsad hospital and her condition is stable. Her maternal parents lives at Mahapura village were also admitted at the same hospital due to some other ailments.
The health team is closely monitoring the situation.
