Arrested in Gotri rape case Kanji Mokaria not associated with them - Hotel Harmony made it public in newspapers

In one more development in the high profile Gotri rape case in Vadodara, the hotel made it public in newspapers that Kanji Mokaria is not associated with them. Mokaria was arrested by the police for helping accused Raju Bhatt in the high-profile rape case and believed to be associated with Hotel Harmony.

On September 19, a private university student lodged a rape complaint against Pavagadh temple trustee Raju Bhatt and CA Ashok Jain at the Gotri police station. In the investigation so far, police arrested accused Raju Bhatt and Kanji Mokria, who helped him escape. Raju Bhatt committed the crime with the student at various places including hotel Harmony behind the station. Accused Raju Bhatt was taken to Hotel Harmony during the reconstruction of the entire incident after his arrest. There was also a strong rumor that Kanji Mokaria was associated with the hotel.

However, Hotel Harmony made a public statement in the newspapers, in which it was stated that Kanjibhai Arjanbhai Mokaria (Resides - Fortune Empire, Alkapuri, Vadodara) has illegally assigned his share in the name of others on 06/01/20 against the conditions stated in the partnership firm of Hotel Harmony. And he is not associated with the Hotel. Hotel Harmony's partner firm or other partners or managers are not in any way involved or responsible for any of the acts committed by him, Which the public should take note of.
