60 year old died during treatment after hit by cows a week ago in Vadodara

The cattle menace on Vadodara roads took one more life after a 60 year old man died in SSG hospital on Monday. He was hit by cows came suddenly on road and later hit the divider after he lost control of his bike.

As per details a week ago on Saturday, Himmat Savani was hit by cows suddenly came on road near Ayappa ground. Later he hit the divider after lost control of his bike. He was admitted in SSG with eight fractures on chest, back, shoulder and also injuries on head. On Monday he died during treatment.

"The cow menace continues for years in the area from Abhilasha crossing to Canal. Specially in monsoon around 10 to 12 people slipped daily due to cows. My father was also hit by the cows while on the way back home and admitted in serious condition. He was under treatment in ICU and died on Monday. Inspite of various complaints the situation is still same and corporation is doing nothing to resolve the issue, " Said Kirtan Savani son of the deceased. Himmat Savani left behind his wife and two children Kirtan and one daughter.
