Gujarat state is on high alert after the air strikes on terror camps

Gujarat state is kept on high alert after the air strikes on terror camps across LOC by the IAF fighters early morning on Tuesday. An alert is also issued to every city by the DG to conduct checking at every sensitive points and important industries till further orders.

After the DG orders Vadodara police commissioner Anupam Sinh Gahlaut along with other officials review the checking inside sensitive areas of the city in view of the high alert in the state.

"We are checking at 11 entry-exit points of the city and also the sensitive areas for any suspicious activities or items. Our teams also coordinates with the big industries like GSFC, Gujarat Refinery, IPCL in taking extra measures in checking till further orders," said Gahlaut.

Checking is also increased at ST terminal, railway stations, hotels and other crowded places in the city in view of the statewide alert.
