Gujarat State Govt big announcement: Wearing helmet is now not mandatory in urban areas

Today, an Important decision has been taken in the Cabinet meeting of the state government. In the urban areas, wearing helmets has been made mandatory.

After the cabinet meeting, Minister RC Faldu continued to state that it is no longer necessary to wear helmets in cities. 

This decision has been taken in view of the demands of the
people.



Importantly, the central government made a decision, with regard to the safety
of the people, that it is necessary to wear a helmet when going on a
two-wheeler. But in a decision today, the helmet has not been kept
compulsory in the urban area.
