Grand Shiv Mela started at Navlakhi in Vadodara

Displaying handicrafts, gruh udyog and famous arts to visitors.

The grand Shiv Mela organised every year on the ocassion of Mahashivratri started at Navlakhi ground on Thursdsy. The mela gives a platform to the artists coming from various parts of the state to showcase their art.

Like every year the Shiv Mela started before the Mahashivaratri showcasing the traditional art of various artists coming from different places. Around 300 stalls are registered this time for the mela displaying handicrafts, gruh udyog and other arts to the visitors.

Starting from 28 February the mela will continue till 9th March at Navlakhi ground exhibit the arts of famous artists along with the different styles handicrafts. The visitors also purchase the items of their choice in the mela.

Children amusement park is one of special attractions in the mela with various rides to enjoy during the visit there. For food lovers famous food joints put up their stalls inside a Food court in the mela.
