Global leadership guru Randy Slechta delivers leadership session in Vadodara

Randy Slechta, the global leadership guru, creator of the Total Leader® Concept and co-author of ‘The 5 Pillars of Leadership’ successfully concluded the Vadodara leg of his three day India tour on. In his session, aptly called “Business For Breakfast”, Randy addressed business leaders in Vadodara on Managing Leadership During Turbulent Times’. The breakfast session saw active participation from senior management representing leading private sector organisations including APG India Group, TecSo Energy among others.

During the breakfast session at Vadodara, Randy laid emphasis on its strength as a Smart City and the growing need for able leaders to improve lives through operations. He also focused on the role of leadership in enabling local development and creating smart outcomes for the citizens of Vadodara.

Speaking on the occasion, Randy Slechta, President & CEO, LMI said, “We have been looking forward to hosting a seminar in India for a long time. There is tremendous growth potential in the country, which can be optimised with good leadership. We are hoping to fill this leadership deficit. We are taking back a lot of learnings about the Indian market which we will work on and put an international perspective to.
