Girl killed after knocked down by rashly driven dumper in Vadodara

The girl was killed by a sand-filled dumper near Karelibaug Vuda Circle in Vadodara city on Friday. The dumper driver left the truck and fled from the spot after the accident. People rushed to the spot and show their ire towards the heavy vehicles running rashly in city limits.

As per details the 20 year old girl who lives in Navayard was passing by Karelibaug Vuda Circle on her bicycle. During that time a rashly driven sand-filled dumper knocked her. She died on the spot as her cycle was crushed by the dumper. People rushed to spot and before they could vent their anger, the dumper driver left his dumper and fled from the spot.

On the other hand, the family members of the girl who was killed in the accident, rushed to the spot. They also blamed the system for allowing the heavy vehicles passing through the city.

Traffic also disrupt for sometime as the incident took place late in the evening near Vuda Circle, which was buzzing with vehicles. At the same time, there was a huge outcry among the people saying that accidents were being caused due to passing vehicles late in the evening.

Police reached the spot and send the body for postmortem. They have registered an accident case against the dumper driver and further investigating.
