Now you don’t have to visit Rishikesh and Gangotri to get ‘Gangajal’. Thanks to our Indian Postal Department, people can now get holy water from the Ganga in all post offices across the country.
The Government’s initiative to deliver ‘Gangajal’ from Indian Postal Services spread across the country was on Sunday launched in Patna.
Under this scheme the pious Gangajal, brought from Gangotri and Rishikesh, would be delivered at the doorsteps of people at nominal prices.
Minister of State for Communications Manoj Sinha and Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad launched the initiative at a function in Patna.
