Not only in India but Ganesh Festival is also being celebrated in the school of UK, by the students of Nailsea School Bristol which shows true internationalism.

Shree Gattu Vidyalaya of Ankleshwar and its partner school Nailsea School Bristol, Uk are making joint efforts to bring true internationalism among the students.

As a part of “Connecting Classrooms Program” by British Council both the schools are exchanging different projects, ideas, program, culture and traditions.

As a part of this program students of Gattu Vidhyalaya shared the importance of Ganesh Festival and the detailed information regarding this Festival as the students and faculties of Nailsea School were very happy and eager to know about this festival.

With the help of the information provided by the students of Gattu Vidhyalaya, Nailsea School celebrated Ganesh Festival in their school by bringing the idol of Lord Ganesh in school. Students have also done beautiful decoration in school.

The program was organized by the Coordinator of Nailsea school Mrs. Nicola Shoesmith along with the students. Last year they also celebrated Diwali in their school.

Both the schools have set the best example of respecting each others culture and traditions.

The principal Dr. Anshu Tewari has expressed her gratitude towards Nailsea School and has sent the message to all “We all are Equal”.
