Ganesh competition in Akota election wards

Like previous year this time also the Akota BJP organise Ganesh competition in the election ward and decides to give cash prizes to the winners. The MLA Saurabh Patel also declared to give extra marks for the mandals using eco friendly methods during the festival.

The 10 days Ganesh festivals falls on later this month and the preparations are already started in Vadodara. Every year various competitions were organised during the festivals and the winners felicitated by the competition organizers.

This year also the BJP organises Ganesh competition in their Akota election wards and invite applications from the mandals. The winners will be awarded cash prize after the evaluation on various parameters.

"The judges team will visit the various mandals in every ward who register themselves for the competition. They judge the mandals on parameters like mandap, decoration, cleanliness, eco friendly idol, theme, vision and the winners will be awarded with cash prizes. The mandal using eco friendly wags will get extra marks in the competition," said Saurabh Patel MLA Akota.
