In last 24 hours four persons died in different accidents in Vadodara city and district. Early morning on Wednesday a labourer died after knocked down by a tempo in Vadodara city. The tempo driver fled from the spot left behind the vehicle.
As per details Ratilal Rohit 40 works as labourer and was heading for having tea near Fategunj bridge after wake up in the morning. Suddenly a speeding tempo knocked him and he died on the spot. Locals rushed to spot and informed the Fategunj police. The driver fled from the spot left his vehicle there after the accident. Police reached the spot and registered the case against the tempo driver.
In another incident Nagin Vasava from Vadsada village was knocked down by a unknown vehicle near his village and died on the spot. Varnama police reached the spot and registered the case against the vehicle driver and further investigating. A pall of gloom spread in the village after the incident happened near a hotel on national highway no. 48.
Vikas Mahida a resident of Parthipura village in Pipalkhunt taluka in Rajasthan was knocked down by a unknown vehicle near national highway 48 and died on the spot. His brother rushed to the spot after the incident which happened on Tuesday afternoon. Karjan police also reached the spot and further investigating after registered the case against the unknown vehicle driver.
In another incident Hussainbhai Diwan 63 resident of Thuvavi village in Dabhoi crashed into the vehicle near his village. He was on his bike and died on the spot. Police is further investigating in the matter.
