To inculcate the historical awareness and creativity in children The Maharaja Fatehsinh Museum organised a fort building competition in Vadodara on Sunday. This is the 13th sucessive year they organise the event.
Around 125 participants took part in the competition making 45 forts. The event started with Aniruddh Mukadam talked about forts followed by demonstration of how to make them. The participants were given six hours to make forts.
The organisers said this is their way to divert children from TV and back to the heritage and between nature. The competition helps bring creativity and all round development in them.
