Fajalpur villagers blocked highway after two accidents in less then 24 hours

Fajalpur villagers on Tuesday blocked the highway after two accidents in less then one day left two dead. The village near Vadodara witnessed two accidents in which two persons lost lives. On Monday night a bike rider died and on Tuesday afternoon one car and two bikes collide with each other in which a woman died. The angry locals blocked the road and there was long ques of vehicles towards and fro Ahmedabad. The villagers demand to make a channel in 24 hours to avoid accidents there which is a regular feature.

According to the details on Monday night a 30 year old youth from Vasad village near Fajalpur died after knocked down by unknown vehicles. On Tuesday afternoon around 12pm a car and two bikes collide in which a woman died. Two accidents in less then 24 hours angered the locals and they blocked the highway and the traffic towards Ahmedabad and fro came to a halt and long lines of vehicles were seen on the highway.

After the message of highway block the Chhani highway police reached the spot to control the situation but the villagers are not listening to them. More police force were send to the spot along with the top officials also reached to control the situation. The villagers demand to make channel there in 24 hours to avoid accidents and aggressively put forward their demand in front of the police. Due to the seriousness of the situation the top police officials assured the locals to forward their demand to the concerned department and cool down the situation and put open the traffic. They also took custody of the body and send it for Postmortem.
