Robbers hit him with sticks and fled

A gang of robbers struck late yesterday night at Sahajanand Duplex in Kalali area of Vadodara city. However they were challenged by the family members and they fled after hit the landlord with sticks. The injured have six stitches on the head in the attack.

According to a complaint lodged at the Manjalpur police station, Parth Nitinbhai Charpat lives with his family in A-124, Sahajanand Duplex in Kalali area of the city. He works as a solar engineer in a private company.

Last night as the family was sleeping, Parth woke up to a noise coming from the front room of his house. He was shocked to see two young men looking into the room.

Parth Charpat immediately challenged the robbers after throwing something on them. In response one of them hit him on the head with a stick. Parth started shouting for help after hit on head and both fled from the spot. The other society members rushed to the spot after heard the shouts of Parth and took him to a private hospital. He received six stitches on his head.

It was a failed attempt of robbery as Parth woke up and challenged them. However the incident created panic among the people living in Sahajanand Duplex Society. Manjalpur police rushed to the spot after the incident and further investigating on the basis of the complaint.
