Factory making duplicate pesticides seized in Ankleshwar

Bharuch LCB nabbed two accused for selling duplicate pesticides in the market forging the mark of well known pesticides company. The team found 31.68lakh worth pesticides from their godown and seized it after the complaint against them.

As per the details complainant Mangal Pandey from Ambernath district Thane Maharashtra approached the Bharuch LCB and gives a complaint about one Kishor Patel selling duplicate pesticides to the farmers forging marks of Cigneta India Ltd (Maharashtra) and Dupont India Ltd from Gurgaon.

The complaint states that the accused is selling the pesticides at low price against the copyright rates of both companies. After the complaint the police raid the godown and found Kishor Patel and Ashok Patel from there. Both of them said that they took the godown on rent belongs to Amrat Patel for selling pesticides.

Police asked them for licence but they denied to have any and the bills shows the names of pesticides like Polo, Actra, Mono, Rigent and others. The duo also denied to have any authority letter of the companies.

The officials of Mitkat Advisory Service checked the godowns and recovers the stock of pesticides worth 31.68lakhs and seized the godown. The police also starts legal procedings against the two accused.
