Indian box office has been on fire ever since Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan released on September 7.
It has collected a total of Rs 350 crore worldwide on Day 3, according to experts.
This would mean that Jawan has surpassed Adipurush's Rs 340 crore collection on its third day.
The film's Hindi version amassed Rs 73.76 crore gross from 14,817 shows while Rs 5.34 crore was minted from 905 Tamil shows and Rs 3.74 crore was collected from 786 Telugu shows, he added. This takes the total collection to Rs 82.84 crore in India.
PVR collected Rs 18.03 crore from 4,09,394 shows, INOX minted Rs 13.51 crore from 3,30,238 shows and Cinepolis scored Rs 7.21 crore from 1,52,562 shows.
It remains to be seen whether Jawan's Day 4 collection will be affected by the India vs Pakistan Super 4 clash in the Asia Cup on Sunday.
Directed by Atlee, the movie also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, along with a cameo by Deepika Padukone.
The film's opening day collections was reportedly Rs 129.6 crore, the biggest opening day in the history of Indian cinema.
