Popular content creator and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has reportedly lodged a complaint with the police after receiving extortion calls. The Gurugram police registered an FIR on Wednesday after an unknown caller demanded Rs 1 crore from the social media influencer.
Several media outlets also reported on Thursday that the Gurugram police teamed up with the Gujarat police to arrest one person from Vadnagar.
Elvish, who made his TV debut with Bigg Boss OTT season 2, has a massive fan following on social media.
His YouTube channel The Social Factory has over 14 million subscribers at the moment. With 15.7 million followers, Elvish has a very strong presence of on Instagram too. He stole the limelight with his performance in the Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss OTT 2. He scripted history by becoming the first wildcard entrant to win the show, taking home Rs 25 lakh.
