British delegation expressed its desire to work closer with the state's higher education sector in a meeting with chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan at his official chamber on Wednesday.
Chandru Iyer, deputy high commissioner in charge of Karnataka and Kerala, sought Kerala's active participation in the education world forum being organized by the high commission.
Vijayan agreed to hold talks with the higher education department and vice-chancellors to chart out Kerala's participation.
The deputy high commissioner who focuses on strengthening partnership with the government and promoting business and trade links with Karnataka and Kerala expressed interest in Kerala's proposed graphene and incubation centres.
South Asia trade commissioner Alan Gemmell, chief secretary VP Joy and principal secretary (industries) Suman Billa also attended the meeting.
