Schools, Colleges Reopening: UP school news soon, Delhi, Odisha, Telangana reopen

Schools, Colleges Reopening news is getting a lot of attention with several states and UTs gradually easing COVID curbs. With cases reducing slowly and vaccination rates improving, many places have allowed for the resumption of offline classes in a phased manner, if not fully.

Delhi school reopening announcement has been made by DDMA and now, UP School reopening is making headlines since a decision is expected today. So far, schools in Odisha, Telangana, Haryana, Maharashtra, MP etc., have reopened.

UP school reopen news is expected today since these institutes are closed till tomorrow - February 6, 2022. The same is being demanded by many stakeholders. On February 3, 2022 schools reopened in West Bengal after almost a month of closure and Odisha schools, colleges have been allowed to reopen from February 7, 2022.

With all such news coming, Centre has also issued its revised guidelines on schools, colleges reopening and has asked all States and UTs to comply with them. Several changes have been introduced but the main change has been with regards to Parents' consent. States, UTs now have the autonomy to decide about it.
