The Senior Management Programme is ideally suited for professionals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience who seek to add cutting-edge skills to their repertoire.
Previous cohorts have included a diverse group of Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Directors, General Managers, Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers from sectors such as Information Technology, BFSI, Engineering, Automotive, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport, Education, and Hospitality.
The programme also features a three-day campus immersion, during which participants will engage in group projects and assignments. Additionally, they will benefit from weekly ‘Chamber Consulting’ sessions with faculty members.
The programme integrates a cutting-edge curriculum with live online lectures, real-world case studies, interactive sessions, simulations, group projects, roleplays, and more.
It will be delivered via an Interactive Learning (IL) platform in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode. Successful learners will earn the prestigious IIM Nagpur Executive Education Alumni status.
