Government of India has now became active in extradition case of liquor businessman Vijay Mallya. Two senior ED officials have arrived at London with a charge sheet of about 5500 pages. This team of ED will place charge sheets in London’s Westminster Court.

Earlier in the previous hearing, the court had raised many questions to show the evidence against Mallya from the Indian government.

This team of ED also includes a senior legal counsel, who will continue to give legal information related to all matters to the ED. Earlier, ED had prepared this charge sheet of 5500 pages under the PMLA on June 14.

This case is about the loan of Rs 900 crore for KFA-IDBI Bank, under which the PMLA Court has filed a charge sheet of 5000 pages against Mallya.
