District Election Officer Shalini Agarwal informed about brief revision of voter list in Vadodara city district

Currently, keeping in view the qualification date of 1/1/2021, the work of brief revision of photo voter list is going on in Vadodara city and district along with the entire state. This exercise will continue till 15/12/2020 and as part of this a special campaign is planned to be held at the polling booths on four Sundays starting from 22/11 and continue till 13/12/2020.

District Election Officer Shalini Agarwal said, on the next four Sundays, 22/11, 29/11, 06/12 and 13/12, all the polling booths will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. Accurate arrangements have been made to accept objections in presence of the concerned officials.

District Collector has specially requested the citizens of Vadodara city and district to go to the polling station near their homes next Sunday and take advantage of this campaign to register their names in the voter list and make necessary corrections.

It may be recalled that this operation is going on in all the constituencies except Karjan assembly constituency in Vadodara city and district.
