District Collector and District Development Officer inspected the dry run planned for Covid pre-vaccination

Dry Run is a training to put the corona vaccine safely which will be very useful in safe vaccination – Shalini Agarwal

District Collector Shalini Agarwal inspected the dry run exercise at Bhayali following the protocol prescribed by the District Health System as a pre-study of corona vaccination. District Development Officer Kiran Zaveri also joined in the inspection.

Shalini Agarwal said, dry run is a kind of training that makes corona vaccination accurate and safe. The experience will be useful in terms of precautions to be taken for safe and accurate vaccination. The service of Asha workers, employees of other departments including homeguards, all of them have been involved in this exercise. In view of that all are involved in the dry run.

Giving information about the first vaccination exercise Chief District Health Officer Dr. Uday Tilawat said, different types of vaccines are given regularly by the health department time to time. Corona is a new disease, the vaccine is also new and will be given for the first time. This dry run was organized to impart vigilance oriented training to the vaccination personnel. The private medical sector is to contribute to this very comprehensive operation.

This pre-study was done today by setting up 5 model vaccination centers in government and private health and education institutions in the rural areas of the district.
